Week 1

• Comments: teams should be scheduling their initial project meetings this week, to take place during week 2.

  • read syllabus

Week 2

• Comments: re-read your [project abstract] before your team meeting.

• Tuesday meeting: getting started and tips for success [slides]

Week 3

• Tuesday meeting: student panel on past project experiences

• In-class presentations to begin next week; should focus on project background, data, goals, and current/planned work

  • format: 20-25min presentation + 5-10min discussion

  • to prepare: 10-15 slides and 1-2 page handout 24h in advance
